Opening a helpdesk support ticket is the best way to get support for your Atelier website, hosting or email account. Please provide as much information as possible (eg. browser version, specific URLs and steps to reproduce an issue) in your initial message to help us help you as efficiently as possible.
If you'd prefer to email directly, you can do so at helpdesk@ateliercloud.co.uk. This will open a ticket automatically and still be logged in your helpdesk account.
View basic troubleshooting tips first
- Clear your browser cache. Occasionally when a website is updated, cached (saved for later) versions in your web browser can cause unexpected behaviour. Clear your browser cache to ensure you are viewing the very latest version of your website.
- Ensure your web browser is up to date. Make sure you have installed any pending updates to your operating system/web browser for the best compatibility with new features. In line with industry standards we have discontinued Internet Explorer support by default.
- Check on another browser/device. It can be really helpful to know if you can reproduce a specific error in another browser or device. This helps us narrow down the source of an issue even quicker.
